As with any body work there are certain conditions where application of these techniques are either contraindicated or require modification. Please consult with your practitioner if you have any questions.

Contraindications:

• During active menstruation

• Abdominal Aneurysm

• Immediately after abdominal surgery

• Active infection or cancer

• Active and acute infection

Modifications required:

• Pregnancy

• All Hernias

• Diastasis Recti

• Pessary for uterine prolapse (remove prior to your session)

• Any serious health condition that causes you concern

• IUD (intra-uterine device for contraception) is present

I do not accept insurance. This is because insurance puts many restrictions on the type of care I can provide, how long appointments can be, what can be done during an appointment, and how often one can be seen. This heavily restricts my ability to customise care for you as an idividual. Quality personalized care is my biggest priority.

I understand your time is precious and it can be hard to make time for yourself. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please contact me and I’ll try my best to make our schedules work.

My time is precious as well, I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel after 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount of your session.
